Payment Terms

Subscription Period

Subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually depending on the customers’ program selection. Some programs require a minimum commitment of 5 to 7 months depending on the customers’ program selection. Registration fee and Subscriptions must be renewed if a student’s team qualifies for a subsequent tournament round.

Registration Fee

Certain programs require a non-refundable registration fee to be charged per child. Under no circumstances will registration fees be refunded. At its sole discretion, Wiz Kidz may allow these funds to be applied to another product or service.

Payment Methods and Timing

Payments are required in advance and may be made by Stripe, Zelle, or cash. Certain programs may have limited payment options.

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically. Payment failure will trigger a 5-day grace period to bring the account up to date. If payment is not received within this period, a late penalty will be applied.

Late Payments

A flat 10% penalty will be charged for each month the payment remains overdue, beginning after a 5-day grace period.

Sibling Discount

Families receive a 10% discount for the second, third, and fourth students enrolled (sibling status is determined by matching last names). The sibling discount is capped at four; any additional students are treated as new full-price enrollments.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel anytime with at least 5 business days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle. Early cancellations require payment of three months’ fees.

Refunds

Registration and subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to service delivery, customer dissatisfaction, or early cancellation.

Disputes and Chargebacks

All disputes and chargebacks are handled in accordance with the processes of the payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, Zelle).

Changes to Pricing or Terms

Wiz Kidz will provide at least five (5) business days’ notice before changes to pricing or terms take effect. Customers may opt out or cancel before new terms apply by following the cancellation process.

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk

By enrolling in or participating in any Wiz Kidz program, event, or activity, the parent or legal guardian (the “Participant”) acknowledges and agrees:

• Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss arising from use of facilities, equipment, materials, activities, or transit to and from any program location, whether conducted on-site, off-site, or virtually.

• Participant, on behalf of themselves, their child(ren), heirs, successors, and assigns, hereby voluntarily assumes all risks of participation, known and unknown, and expressly waives and releases any and all claims against Wiz Kidz, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates (“Releasees”), arising directly or indirectly from participation, except to the extent caused solely by the Releasees’ gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the conduct of Participant or their child(ren).

• Participant acknowledges responsibility for their child(ren)’s supervision outside of scheduled Wiz Kidz program hours, including during transportation, drop-off, and pick-up.

• This waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law. If any portion is deemed invalid, the remainder continues in full force and effect.

• Participant affirms they have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release in connection with all current and future Wiz Kidz activities.
